How do senior portraits work?

How do I book and what does it cost?

Your session fee for senior portraits is $275. This covers time and talent and is non-refundable. All digital and print products will be sold separately after your session. Session fee is due upon booking to secure your session date.

At your image reveal and sale session (two weeks after photo shoot), you will see all your images. This is your chance to choose wall art and albums and desk art to remember this time forever. No minimum purchase is required. We find that most clients spend upwards of $1800 to get the best enjoyment of their images.

How does a senior portrait session work?

I love to incorporate your passion or hobbies into your Senior Portraits photo shoot. Whether that is a sport or a club or your favorite hangout spot in town. Your senior portrait session is your own personal time capsule capturing your life and personality today. I cover Raleigh and surrounding Triangle areas.

What happens during the senior photo session?

Our session will be 1-2 hours. If you have a change of outfits, I will bring a pop-up changing room so that you’ll be able to change on location. I will coach you through posing while you relax and just look your best. Mom and/or Dad usually join us

Before our session day I will send you prep notes and reminders so that we’re all ready.

What can I expect for my senior portrait session

  1. We meet at my studio to discuss ideas and plan our session. This is where I get to know the senior and they figure out what they want for a photo session.

  2. Photo Shoot day: We’ll meet at designated location and session will be 1-2 hours depending on what we have planned.

  3. 2 weeks after session we’ll meet at my studio for an image reveal and purchase session. you will decide which of these photos will find their forever home at your house.
