What you need to know about Photo Day
I do the work ahead of time, so that photo day is smooth, efficient, and fun. Photos are turned around quickly so that you get those memories in your hand as soon as possible!
Before Photo Day
As a parent, there is nothing you need to do except make sure your athlete is there on photo day dressed in game gear.
Your coach/organization will provide the rosters to me along with a parent email. Having the rosters ahead of time helps me prep my system to make phtoto day more organized.
On Photo Day
The athletes will dress in full game attire.
If you have a home/away jersey, check with your coach to see which one is being worn for photos.
We will have a team schedule to keep everything on track.
Within the team schedule, the individual order is first come first serve. Having rosters ahead of time allows me to photo the athletes in any order, I just need to enter the name in the photo system.
Delivery of Photos
Within a week of photo day, you will receive an email with a link to your private gallery.
You can shop online.
Any product purchases you make will be mailed to your home.
Digital images purchased will be delivered to the email provided at checkout.
Senior Banners
If your organization is doing senior banners, these will be worked on after photo day.
We use the photos from photo day. Seniors will choose their image to be used via the online photo gallery.
I will work with the booster club or team parent contact to work out payment and details.
Banners will be delivered to the school and you will be responsible for the handing of the banners.
